It's been a CRAZY busy first two weeks in nashville. A lot of work....have gotten some hang time in with friends...and adding small finishing touches to my pad.
Today I left the house at 5:15 am (went to bed at 1am...got up at 4:30) to drive down to Atlanta for a meeting with Gospel Music Channel along with supporting one of our new artist's Phillip LaRue playing for the GMC crew. It was a successful day of meetings, Phillip nailed it as well as locked in a HUGE gig with them for April. A little bummed I didnt get to see my friends in Atlanta (carrie and mercy), but I promise next time ladies.
Although there has been a lot of change, I feel like I am adjusting well! The main question that keeps coming up from friends back home and around is "You found a guy yet?"....the answer is NO and NOT LOOKING! I am taking a nice vacation from dating this year...much needed. The only thing I need is a few good men! ;) I am in need of some "safeties" here in nashville. I am so used to having a ton of great guy friends that we can just pal around, have each others backs, ya know...you need those dudes in your life. The only ones that know me like that out here are married...so there you have it...just want friendships this year. Hangtimes-r-us! haha
