Well, I am going to start training this week for a Half Marathon - Rock and Roll one that is taking place in June. I have always wanted to do one, but just never really put it into action and well now thanks to some coworkers and friends....we are gonna run this thing together. I am pretty amped about it.
This is a new year with lots of changes and exciting things ahead. Running a half marathon can soon be scratched off my list...can't wait
PS...check out david ford...kinda hooked on his music! best line off the song "Laughing Aloud" is "secrets are made for people who intend to get away with being in the wrong."....think about it!
